Tattoos for Cheap

Friday the 13th tattoo deals are totally a thing, but many shops like to celebrate Halloween, as well. While you shouldn't expect to find a $20 ink offer, you can still save big on some permanent art. Cities like Chicago and Los Angeles have shops offering Halloween promotions.
