Store: Walmart
Discount: Up to 74% off
Shipping: Free shipping w/ $35
Video games continue to exist and as far as Walmart is concerned they deserve to be discounted by up to 74%. Super Mario RPG was $60 but it's now $34 and for a first party Nintendo title, that's a spicy discount. Meanwhile, those there PlayStation Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds have seen a modest but welcome $20 reduction down to $179.99. It's mainly accessories here but notably and strangely, Taylor Swift's Evermore on CD has somehow made it in as well, with a slight $3 discount. The Swifties have infiltrated Walmart and will stop at nothing to shoehorn her in whenever possible.

$65 worth of adidas gift cards for $50 is what Newegg is offering. That's good savings. That's the power of the gift card. That's a deal good enough to make it firmly into the Staff Picks selection. That's what it's all about.

Price: $2
Discount: Get $2 Coke Credit for free
Sometimes it's the simple deals. $2 off Coke for giving a friend the ability to also get $2 off Coke? One sip and you're totally hip! Wait, wrong brand. The point that this is a good deal however, remains unchallenged.

Store: Going, Going, Gone
Discount: Up to 80% off
Shipping: Free shipping w/ $65
Intelligence from Deal Central is suggesting that cleats start at $14, slides at $19, and sneakers at $44 in this Nike sale from Going, Going, Gone. It's also true that orders of $65 or more get free shipping, otherwise you'll be rudely stung with an $8.99 charge. Unless you can opt for pickup but that would involve going outside and that's never fun.

Shipping: Free shipping w/ Prime
These knives come with a limited lifetime warranty. That goes some way to ameliorating the initial feeling when you see a big ol' sharp knife alongside the bold text loudly stating "LIMITED LIFETIME". There are also multitools and hatchets and compact saws; if you need easy access to a sharp blade of any description, this is presumably the sale for you. I would enjoy breaking out one of the meanest looking hatchets to open the plastic wrap around a Blu-ray, like Homer Simpson brandishing a huge chainsaw to slice some cake for Bart.
