Jet.com Will Give You Money for Shopping In-Store on Black Friday

The "Purple Friday" promotion offers money back for buying from Toys "R" Us, Sports Authority, and other retailers.

Jet.com is offering its members a different kind of Black Friday. It's calling November 27 "Purple Friday" and providing some real benefits to shopping in person instead of just online.

Shop in Brick-and-Mortar Stores, Get Money Back

The website is partnering with Sports Authority, Uniqlo, Toys"R"Us, Babies"R"Us, Brookstone, and hhgregg to reward its members for shopping in these brick-and-mortar stores. Starting November 26 at 5 pm local time and running through November 27, Jet customers who spend $50 or more at any of the physical stores of the participating retailers will earn $10 in JetCash.

Shoppers can earn $10 for every $50 they spend, earning up to $30 in JetCash. Members will have until December 2 to submit the receipts from their Purple Friday shopping. Best of all, there are no limitations to how you spend it.
