You're busy and have a lot of responsibilities. And, let's face it, you're not as young as you used to be ... and it's likely that the same could be said of your computer. Just like you, your machine may need a little help remembering everything and getting its work done efficiently. To aid in such tasks, we've rounded up storage and hard disk drive deals including a shock- and water-resistant portable HDD (in three colors!), and TB hard drives starting at $69.

  1. Western Digital 2TB 2.5" Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive
    Store: Fry's Electronics
Price: $99 with free in-store pickup
    Lowest By: $28

Is It Worth It? Although it's available only for in-store pickup, this Editors' Choice deal is worth the drive to your nearest Fry's Electronics location. The $99 price tag translates to just $0.05/GB, which is $10 under our shipped mention from December and is the lowest total price we've seen. It features password protection and hardware encryption.

  2. Western Digital 1.5TB Caviar Green 3.5" Serial ATA 6Gb/s Internal Hard Drive
    Store: newegg
Price: $69.99 via coupon code "EMCXVVV35" with free shipping
    Expires: February 28

Is It Worth It?: This Editors' Choice deal also offers a considerable amount of storage for mere pennies per GB. Although this internal hard drive may be less use for those who work on multiple computers, it's a great way to enhance a single machine. Not only does it offer the lowest price we could find by $15, the "green" drive purportedly consumes less power compared to other models, so savings may also be seen on the electric bill. This drive also features a 64MB cache.

  3. Western Digital 1TB My Passport Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive
    Store: Fry's Electronics
Price: $69 with free in-store pickup
    Lowest By: $2

Is It Worth It?: Fry's Electronics is also offering nother Editors' Choice storage deal: this time on a 1TB drive. The $69 price tag means this additional storage device costs $0.07/GB, which is $2 under our mention from four days ago and the lowest total price we've seen for this hard drive. Like the aforementioned WD drive, this device, in Black, connects to any machine with a USB and also features password protection and hardware encryption.

  4. ADATA DashDrive Durable Series 500GB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive
    Store: newegg
Price: $60 via $10 mail-in rebate with free shipping
    Lowest By: $40
    Expires: February 28

Is It Worth It?: All the storage space in the world isn't much good if the hard drive can't stand some serious wear and tear. This 500GB portable hard drive may have a smaller capacity, but it is waterproof and shock-resistant, making it a great device for those on the go. Plus, after $10 mail-in rebate this portable hard drive comes in at $25 under our mention from April. As an added bonus, it comes in Yellow (pictured), Blue, or Black.

  5. Seagate 3TB FreeAgent GoFlex Home Network Attached Storage
    Store: newegg
    Price: $149.99 with free shipping
    Lowest By: $21

Is It Worth It?: Get next-level storage with this device that laughs at USB cables, creating a network that centrally and wirelessly stores the files and folders of up to three PC and Mac computers. This makes a great addition to a home office as it creates a shared server and streams content to networked computers, media players, and game consoles and even allows free remote access to files over the Internet. Although this device cost $47 less very briefly during Cyber Monday week, this deal offers the lowest total price we could find by $21, making storage available at $0.05/GB.

cvagini, you're not alone! Whenever we can we try and find online retailers who match Fry's prices and offer free shipping. But sometimes Fry's just offers the lowest price.

So tired of hearing about Fry's in-store-only deals. I'm in Boston and the closest store is just around the corner, near Chicago. How about a "no Fry's" filter on this site?

I hope Amazon will match the WD 2TB
