AT&T will automatically apply a $5 account credit to customers potentially affected by the February 22 network outage. The credit will be applied within two billing cycles. AT&T Business, prepaid service, and Cricket customers aren't eligible for the credit, although this AP News article notes that "prepaid customers will have options available to them if they were impacted", but AT&T hasn't explained what those options might be.
