HP is one of the most well known brands for laptops, desktops, and computing accessories like printers. They regularly feature discounts on all their offerings. To help you save as much as possible, we’ve gathered up all the relevant information you’ll need on your computer-purchasing, money-saving quest.

Price Match Policy

HP will price match the pre-tax price for comparable products available at nationally recognised online retailers. You’ll need to contact them at 1-800-888-0229 before you make your purchase in order to apply for a price match. At that point, an agent will verify the information you provide. HP will not honor a competitor’s price if it involves the use of a coupon or other special discount.

Return & Exchange Policy

The HP Standard Returns Policy states that most products are eligible to be returned within a window of up to 30 days from delivery. The exact eligibility will vary depending on the product or product type. Only items purchased from the HP Online Store or by phone can be returned — meaning that any items obtained from the HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP Retailers, HP Software are not eligible.

To start the return process, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, which can be done online via the link above. If you’d rather handle the return over the phone, you can call 1-888-650-1544.

Price Adjustment Policy

HP offers a price protection policy for goods that have changed price after you purchased them. If the price of a product you bought is lowered, you may be eligible to request a credit for the difference. In order to be eligible, the product must be in stock and not discontinued, and you must make the claim within the return and exchange period of 30 days after the purchase.

To make a claim, customers should email myhpsales@hp.com with the active store link demonstrating the lowered price, as well as their order number.

Free Shipping

HP offers free shipping on everything with no minimum purchase required. Orders typically have an estimated arrival time of 5 - 7 business days.
