There will typically be a general-use Bonobos promo code available at any given time. We’ve seen various codes taking an extra 30% to 50% off Final Sale items. Alternatively, they may take anywhere from 15% to 35% off regularly priced items. However, discounts on higher-end clothes are less common, and more likely to be seen during the holiday shopping season. Some codes will apply to specific product types or have a minimum purchase requirement.

Return & Exchange Policy
The Bonobos Return Policy allows for exchanging or returning unused items for a full refund to the original payment method within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days and for up to 90 days, a store credit is issued instead. Returns and exchanges can be done in-store, but can also be done online with free return shipping.
To return online, sign in to your account and go to the Orders section. Click “Return” next to the order you are shipping back. You can also click “Exchange” if applicable, although this is subject to product availability. Follow the instructions to print a prepaid UPS label, which you can attach to your package before dropping it off at a UPS store or access point.
Final Sale items are excluded from returns, and so is Bonobos merchandise purchased through third-party retailers.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchase something and the price drops or qualifies for a promotion within 14 days, Bonobos will give you a price adjustment . You can request a refund for the difference via the original payment method or store credit if your item is still in stock for the size and fit ordered. This even applies to Final Sale items.
