Target is a great store to shop for everything from affordable beauty to tasty goodies, but one area where this reatailer excels is in holiday decorations.
Surprisingly, Target is the only store we've seen that consistently hosts sales on Christmas decorations well before the holiday. That means you can stock up for less and still have plenty of time to decorate for the holiday season — rather than having to wait until next year.
Shop Target Christmas Trees From Just $10
It can be overwhelming to shop for Christmas trees, but at least Target makes it easy by dividing them up by size, as well as pre-lit, unlit, and flocked models. You can filter these results even further once you start looking at the Target Christmas tree offerings.

Are Other Target Christmas Items Worth It?
The short answer is yes! For the DealNews virtual holiday party this year, our entire company participated in a cookie decorating contest with the Target Holiday Ugly Sweater Cookie Decorating Kit.
We can personally attest that this kit is very tasty, from the cookies to the sprinkles to the icing — in fact, some of us ate all the icing on its own! Each kit comes with 12 pre-made cookies packaged two to a sleeve; you can decorate them all at once or a little at a time. Also, the person who won the cookie decorating contest definitely earned it, but her mother is a professional cake decorator; the Blog team was clearly robbed (just kidding!).

Other Ways to Save at Target
Even if Target Christmas decorations don't get more discounts, there are still a few ways to save at Target. For instance, if you have a Target RedCard, you'll save 5% on every purchase at Target when you pay with that.
You can also sign up for the store's free loyalty program, Target Circle. In addition to personalized savings, you'll see extra offers throughout the holiday season. Keep an eye out for deals that take $10 off when you spend $50 on holiday decor, or 10% off your next purchase in general.
Will My Target Items Arrive in Time for Christmas?
In general, Target offers free 2-day shipping on many orders of $35 or more. However, if you don't want to risk a delivery being delayed, there are other options as well. Many Target stores offer in-store pickup as well as drive-up pickup.
In most cases, you can place your order online for same-day pickup — as long as you order early enough, that is. Most orders take a max of four hours to prep, but with an increase in holiday shoppers it's in your best interest not to wait until the last minute.

Also be sure to keep an eye out on extra savings for same-day services, which includes pickup and drive-up. This is especially prevalent on items like candy, which is great if you need to grab stocking stuffers in a hurry. For example, we saw an offer to save 20 cents each on bags of sugar cookie M&Ms and sugar cookie Hershey's Kisses. That might not sound like much, but if you're already headed to Target to pick up an order, you might as well toss some candy into it. Every little bit helps, and those savings add up fast!
