This Week's Rumor Roundup: Google, Apple, Kinect

Published
Riddle us this, Rumor-Man:
  • Google building a Facebook competitor called "Google Me"?
The best thing about it? There'll be no privacy concerns! (Because we've all given up, years ago, worrying about what Google does with our information.)
  • New Apple TV on the horizon?
Clearly a move to leap-frog Google TV. Now, you youngsters won't remember, but there was a time when Apple made efforts battling a company called Microsoft. The times, they are a-changin'.
  • HTC Sabor Android phone with 2GHz processor coming by 2011?
With such a fast processor, you can expect the phone to: 1) process video at a blazingly fast speed 2) run so hot you can iron a shirt with it 3) have a battery life approaching the life-span of a fruit fly.
  • Xbox Kinect price drops to $119?
A rumored price-drop on a rumored price? That's like saying you've trained your imaginary cat to use the toilet, so you don't have to clean up its litter box. It sounds like it's beneficial to someone, but, ultimately unprovable.
