Buy a Vista machine after July and get a free Windows 7 upgrade?
So, I guess that means Windows 7 is getting released in Q4 of 2009 and NOT in July, like previously rumored? I've made a terrible mistake installing Windows 7, since it's going to leave me high-and-dry in August. Well, I guess I'll put my faith in Microsoft to look out for me, their customer ...
I'm doomed. -
New iPhone body?
If this — the most realistic, not-a-chance-of-having been-Photoshopped — image is to be believed, it's made of metal. Matte Black metal ... like all the finer things in life. -
The return of the $99 iPhone rumor!
It'll be just like the 3G iPhone except it won't use the 3G network, has a lower resolution camera (is that possible?!), less storage space, a worse data plan, no GPS, and CERTAINLY not a fancy-pants metal body. But, other than that, it'll be just what the discerning Apple consumer is looking for in an iPhone (as long as they don't want all the features that come with an iPhone). -
Get QuickTime Pro for free in Snow Leopard?
It probably will be free ... you'll just need to pay $29.99 to "activate" it. Remember Apple's other "free" upgrades — 802.11n sound familiar?
