This Week's Rumor Roundup: Apple, MySpace, and more

You know it's a slow rumor-week when one of the rumors I turned up was about potential new colors for a Nintendo device. For your sake (and mine) I left that rumor out of the roundup. You may thank me for this, if you wish. Now, on to the show:
  • MySpace to become relevant, again?
By buying FaceBook's cast-off music service iLike!? I'm pretty sure this is exciting to someone ... just not me. Or anyone else, really, except iLike, MySpace, and a LOT of tech journalists and pundits.
  • Rip DVDs in iTunes 9?
Uh-huh. Go ask Real how well that business model works.
  • Beatles on iTunes?
Wait! Wasn't this a big rumor for LAST year's Apple iPod event? I guess wishing for an Apple something-or-other DOESN'T make it true?! That idea has rocked the foundations of my belief in a truly benevolent Apple.
  • Not just one, but TWO Apple Tablets?
Seriously? This $@^% is ridiculous. I'm done.
