DealTip: How to Save Deals for Later

Published
In every deal-hunter's life, there are times when we have to pause and reflect on a deal. We ask ourselves, "Do I need it?" or, more likely, "Will my spouse kill me if I buy this?" For just such occasions, we created our "Save for Later" feature! It spans all DealNews products and websites, so you can set a deal aside from anywhere and then pick it back up later, from everywhere else.

To activate this marriage-saving, money-saving feature, here's where you click*:

Now get out there and start saving things to your myDealNews account like there's no tomorrow! Though, you'd probably only save things because there's a tomorrow, right? OK. Instead, get out there and save things like there is a tomorrow!

If you want to know more ways to become a DealNews Power User, check out all of our DealTips and learn to do DealNews better!

*Please note that you will have to create a free myDealNews account to use this feature. (You can also choose to sign in with Facebook, if you prefer.) It takes no time at all and makes your DealNews experience even better!

DealNews may be compensated by companies mentioned in this article. Please note that, although prices sometimes fluctuate or expire unexpectedly, all products and deals mentioned in this feature were available at the lowest total price we could find at the time of publication (unless otherwise specified).

Have you removed the "save deal" feature? Even if I am signed in to your site (and it recognizes me and greets me by name) there no longer seems to be a link to save a deal. What gives?

That's certainly not correct behavior! (I use android, and I don't have that problem.)
I'm not tech support, but if uninstalling / reinstalling the app doesn't fix it, contact our team (http://dealnews.com/contact/ ) and they'll dig into the issue for you!

I use this feature all the time! However, if you save the deal for later while on your phone's dealnews app, you must remove the deal from your phone! I have tried removing the deal from the website on a computer while signed in, but it remains on your account until you go into your phone app to remove it there. Is this a bug? I'm running the app on android
