What Else to to Know About Using Peacock
What If You Try to Stream Peacock on Four Devices at Once?
If you try to stream on four devices at one time, the last one to try will see an error message about how you've reached your stream limit. However, if you were recently watching on three devices and someone tries to switch from one device to another, you may see the same error message. In that case, Peacock advises that you wait 10 minutes before trying to start streaming again.
How Many Profiles Can You Have on a Peacock Account?
Having separate profiles is a great way to make sure you keep your preferences intact from your friends and family members who are also using your Peacock account. Even though you can only have three concurrent streams running at a time, Peacock allows you to have six profiles on your account. They can be any combination of regular and Kids profiles, but the account holder or main profile can't (for obvious reasons) be a Kids profile.

What Company Owns the Peacock Streaming Service?
Peacock is the streaming service from NBC Universal, which means you can expect plenty of NBC content to choose from, as well as select NFL games, Bravo titles, and other live sporting events. While much of the content might be titles that air on NBC or even NBC original content, it's worth noting the lineup can still change, so if you see something you want to watch, don't wait too long.
Does Peacock Have Parental Controls?
Yes, Peacock offers parental controls. These settings are profile-based and related to Maturity Ratings, plus they use Profile Pin protection to ensure kids can't change the settings themselves. You'll be able to set up these parental controls when setting up Kid profiles by choosing one of three Maturity Ratings:
- Little Kids which has content rated TV-Y
- Older Kids that has content rated TV-Y7, TV-Y7-FV, TV-G, and G
- Family which has content rated TV-PG and PG

Note that you can also set maturity ratings for adult profiles, which allow you to choose from Family (TV-PG and PG), Teen (TV-14 and PG-13), and Adult, which is basically no holds barred since it can contain content rated TV-MA, R, NR, and NC-17.
Does Peacock Have Cloud DVR?
Unfortunately, no, Peacock does not offer cloud DVR storage. If there's enough demand, it's not unreasonable to think this could be a premium perk offered in the future, but at this time it's not possible to record and store items from Peacock.
Can You Watch Peacock With a VPN?
Technically, no, you're not supposed to be able to watch Peacock using a VPN because of its ability to detect certain VPN services and its geo-restrictions. That said, some users have reported luck with VPNs like ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN, and CyberGhost. It should be noted though that they likely won't work all the time, so you may not always be able to take advantage of it. And if using a VPN violates their terms of use, there's also a chance that Peacock could suspend your account if you're caught doing so.
