National Deal Week

About National Deal Week

National Deal Week is an annual event organized by dealnews that celebrates the heaviest online spending period of the year, which takes into account both Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This is a time when both brick-and-mortar stores and online retailers offer consumers great deals and deep discounts, and also marks the unofficial kick-off to the holiday shopping season.

National Deal Week recognizes the incredible growth of online shopping and e-commerce activity throughout the past decade and celebrates the progression in years to come. National Deal Week begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Tuesday, which includes both Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

About the National Deal Week Celebration

Chase's Calendar of Events recognized and included National Deal Week in their 2012 edition (pg. 558). Because of that, we hosted a party in NYC to celebrate on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. It was a raging success!

A special THANK YOU to our corporate partners for donating giveaway merchandise, 320 Studios, Creative Concepts, 4am and DJ Ani Quinn, Allstar Security, Mark Tyler, Jessica Alvarado, Staci Perkins, Nathan Ryan, Affect Strategies, and most importantly our wonderful dealnews readers, fans and staff.

We look forward to doing it again next year!
