Head South to Latin America: Peru, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and more

Let's face it, we'd probably all travel more if time and money were of no consequence. The good news: with deals like this, there's actually no time like the present. We've got trips to Latin America that won't run your bank account dry, so you can reemerge from winter hibernation with tourist gear in tow.

To start, fly to cities like San Juan in Puerto Rico or Santiago in the Dominican Republic on Delta Airlines, which is offering roundtrip fares to Latin America and the Caribbean starting at $274 (a low by $5; expires February 11). Or, make your way to Peru with a 6-night flight and hotel package for two ( from $1,742, a low by $1,113; expires February 28) that books everything for you. The package includes roundtrip flights, three nights at a hotel in Lima, a domestic flight, three nights in Cusco, daily breakfast, and all hotel taxes and fees. Explore both indigenous and urban neighborhoods in Lima and Cusco including UNESCO World Heritage sites, Incan artifacts, and even hundreds of colonial paintings inside century old churches.

For a shorter and cheaper getaway, head to sunny Puerto Rico instead with a 3-night flight and hotel package for two that takes you to the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, nestled between El Yunque rainforest and Fajardo's bioluminescent bay (from $692, a low by $60; expires February 21). The resort's 600 rooms come with furnished balconies and views of the ocean, mountains, or resort, while the property boasts golf courses, a casino, and easy access to a secluded beach.

Take advantage of the year-round sun in the Dominican Republic with a 6-night all-inclusive flight and hotel package for two starting at $1160.34 (a low by $853; expires February 12). Stay at the Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and Spa, which rests on the sands of Cofresi Beach in Puerta Plata amidst thatched roofs, cobblestone paths, and the unmistakable turquoise of the ocean. All inclusive amenities include meals, drinks, shuttle service around the resort, 24-hour medical services, a kids club, and water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and snorkeling.

Not everyone is keen on a vacation package that leaves you no choice in your accommodations, so consider booking your own airfare and settling in at the nearby all-inclusive Natura Park Eco Resort in Punta Cana instead. The environmentally conscious resort offers discounts on nightly stays for two (for $142.80, a low by $102; expires February 12), which means you can stay for as long as you'd like, enjoying lazy days of beach bumming under shady palapas. What's not to love about that?

If you've always wanted to soak in the pura vida, do it right in Costa Rica at the beachfront all-inclusive Riu Guanacaste, which offers 3-night stays for two that come bundled with a $35 spa credit per person and 35% off golf rates at Hacienda Pinilla (from $654, a low by $656; expires February 9). The all-inclusive resort is located in the Northern Pacific region of Costa Rica on Matapalo beach and is well situated for plenty of adventures including canopy tours, horseback riding, and snorkeling. But the all-inclusive convenience remains the icing on the cake, with all meals, beverages, swim up bars, snorkeling equipment, kayaking, and an introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool at no added cost.

Cross "romantic getaway" off your list with a 3-night flight and hotel package for two to Mexico (for $1,170.48, a low by $14; expires February 12) where you can spice things up at the secluded adults-only all-inclusive Valentin Imperial Maya in Riviera Maya, complete with a secret beach. Or, enjoy the western part of Mexico on the Sea of Cortez at the all-inclusive Hola Grand Faro Resort in Los Cabos. The resort offers 5-night stays for two that come equipped with deluxe lodging, unlimited dining and drinks, five outdoor pools, and nightly live music (from $950, a low by $124; expires February 9). Kids eat, stay, and play for free, too.

If you'd rather stick to the tried and true in Cancun, however, then settle in at the similar all-inclusive Villa del Palmar, instead. The hotel's 3-night stays for two include much of the same amenities, at no extra cost (from $924, a low by $105; expires February 8).
