VIDEO: Do You Wanna Smell Like a King? (A BURGER King)

Published

Burger King thinks you might like to smell like a cheese burger — their Whopper, to be specific. On April 1, in Japan, the company will sell a limited run of 1,000 bottles of a cologne called "Flame Grilled" for $40 a pop.

In this brief video, our experts discuss if smelling like food is desirable... or gross.

What about you, readers? Do you want to smell like a Burger King Whopper? If not, what food would you like to smell like? Tell us in the comments below!

Am I the only person who thinks this is a great idea? If I passed someone who smelled like a really great pizza I would stop them and start talking to them (admittedly to find out where they got the pizza, but still a good opening line compared to "Hey, you smell like apples and strawberries and I could really go for a good fruit cocktail right now!")

I could handle maybe smelling like coffee. That wouldn't be too weird.

Fwiw, Bath & Body Works (etc) have really paved the way for women who want to smell like candy, cake, or fruit. I had a perfume from there that was basically eau de Cinnabon and it was AWESOME. But I'm not digging the idea of a "manly" burger smell. That would be weird.
