Yes, to get the joke, I was probably a little too tough on Colin Baker. Though I don't like him (or do I not like Peri?!), I UNDERSTAND why his doctor is the way he is. They took a shot with a "new way to be the Doctor" and it just didn't resonate for me. To each their own!
After all, isn't that what Doctor Who is all about? Learning to get along? (Unless you're the Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Sea Devils, Martians, Yeti ... etc )
