Rumor Roundup: Jordan Back on the Air? Smaller iPad? DROID Razr?

By , dealnews Media Editor

The streets of the Internet are rife with rumors. These are their stories. (CLUNG CLUNG):

  • Are These the New Air Jordans? (see right)
And why is Nike naming a sneaker after that dude in the Hanes commercials? [dreamSole]

  • Apple Announcing a Smaller iPad in 2012?
PCWorld says that not only will it be smaller than the current iPad, it'll be priced to compete with the Kindle Fire. But how does one compete with a product that loses money on each unit sold? Maybe the iPad 3 will come with a $100 bill taped to it?

  • Motorola to Announce the DROID Razr?
A company lucky enough to have struck gold — twice — with the Razr and then the DROID, thinks: Put the two brands together and they'll be twice as awesome! This is the same kind of thinking that got us "Aliens vs. Predator." [SlashGear]

  • Google Wants to Announce an MP3 Store?
Have they let the music labels know about these plans yet? [The New York Times]

I enjoyed "Aliens vs. Predator." HAHA! Don't think I will enjoy a DROID Razr though.
