Poll: Have You Been Able to Find the $127 iPhone 5 Deal In Stock at Walmart?

Published
Walmart continues to promote its Apple iPhone 5 deal, cutting the price on the 16GB model to $127. The deal, coupled with Fry's Electronics' counter-offer that dropped it to $126, has made the iPhone 5 the most discounted phone from Apple yet.

However, this offer is available in-store only, and we've read numerous accounts from customers about difficulty finding the phone in stock at their local brick-and-mortar Walmart. So, we want to know: have you tried to get this deal in-store? And if so, did you successfully find it? Vote in our poll, and tell us your story in the comments section below.

I went to several WalMarts locally and they would not honor the advertised price online. The only reason I could get is that they don't match online pricing, even though it clearly says in store only. Contacted WalMart about the issue and the online ad was gone with in a couple of hours and still have not recieved an answer from them. I think I'm done buying electronics from WalMart. Tired of people selling things that they have no idea about, or how it works.

Bought the last AT&T one @ my Walmart. Said they still had Sprint and Verizon ones available. Two more people came in while I was there and said they were going to try Best Buy.

We went to our store and they were out of stock. The guy working there complained that he couldn't get corp to snd him more.
I suspect a bait scenario to get people in the store.

Who cares, forget Walmart, go to Best Buy. Best Buy will price match the $127. They did it for my freinds 4 Sprint phones; they upgraded them all to iPhone 5's and price matched Walmart. Thats the way to go anyways because then you can put the Best buy warranty on the phone which is better than AppleCare+.

Call ahead and ask. Some get bigger shipments then others. I was able to find a store close to me with plenty in stock.
But beware, my store was terribly slow and i waited almost an hour. When it was my turn I asked to just set it up myself at my house, paid and left.
