Now You Can Get Breakfast at Taco Bell For Just $1

Taco Bell is taking on the Egg McMuffin maker with its own breakfast dollar value menu. This move is the latest in the breakfast battles raging between fast food spots like Taco Bell, McDonald's, and Starbucks, which are yielding delicious and convenient options for diners.
Taco Bell entered breakfast territory last year with a waffle taco and a breakfast version of its crunchwrap, and the extra meal has been a massive success for the fast food chain. For its part, McDonald's has gotten rid of its dollar menu, but recently debuted all-day breakfast.
Hello Breakfast Skillet, Goodbye Crunchwrap With Gravy
The permanent breakfast menu consists of 10 items, three of which are new additions. Now hungry customers can feast on a mini skillet bowl filled with potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, and pico de gallo; a soft taco with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese; and a flat bread with cheese, sausage, and scrambled eggs — in addition to the other seven items on the menu.
But innovation comes at a price. So that franchises are able to handle the morning rush, two menu items had to be retired. RIP biscuit taco and country breakfast crunchwrap with gravy; you will be missed.
Readers, what do you think of Taco Bell's new dollar breakfast menu? Are you sad to see the biscuit taco or breakfast crunchwrap go? Are you loyal to McDonald's? Sound off in the comments below!
